Vincent Ng
Chief Executive Officer
With a Bachelor of Social Science (Econs) Honours Degree from
University Sains Malaysia (USM), Mr. Vincent Ng is a Registered Real
Estate Agent (E994) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate
Agents. Providing KIM REALTY with solid leadership and clear
direction since its inception, Vincent has guided the company
through the economic uncertainties of the recession in the 80's, and
the volatile 90's, to become one of most established real estate
agencies in
Malaysia
.
Lee Kok Peng
G.M Project/ COO
Lee Kok Peng brings with him over 19 years of hands-on
experience in the properties and real estate industry. A graduate
with a Bachelors of Arts (Economics) and Bachelors of Administrative
Studies (Hons) from
Canada
, he is currently in charge of the overall project marketing
operations of KIM REALTY in the Petaling Jaya and
Kuala Lumpur
offices.
Steven Ng Teck Sim
Manager, Project Marketing Planning
Steven Ng was formerly attached to Jururancang Bersekutu in the
Town Planning Department in 1975. He was also a lecturer at the
Federal Institute of Technology from 1977 to 1979.Having established
his own construction and renovation company, Distint Craft
Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., he later joined KIM REALTY and is in
charge of Development in the Corporate and Commercial Division.
Cham
Tau Leng
Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts
Cham holds a Masters in Business Administration, and is a
Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants,
United Kingdom
, and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of
Accountants. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in
Corporate financial management especially in manufacturing
sectors. Prior to joining Kim Realty, he was the Senior GM and
Company Secretary of a well-known MNC.
